Scientific Programme Deadlines

The following deadlines relate to the Scientific Programme of the conference:

December 15 2009	Submit completed applications for Ron Cockcroft Awards to the IRG Secretariat.
February 1 2010	Submit Paper title and author(s) to the IRG Secretariat in electronic format (MS Word)
March 1 2010	Submit completed Paper manuscripts to the IRG Secretariat in electronic format (MS Word)
March 1 2010	Submit Poster Abstracts to the IRG Secretariat in electronic format (MS Word)

Conference Attendance Deadlines
The following deadlines relate to IRG 41 Conference, Hotel and meal arrangements and registrations:

April 15 2010	Submit, with payment, the Registration Form B or register on line, with payment, hotel, meal arrangements, and Companions Programme Tours
April 15 2010	Submit, with payment, the Registration Form A or register on line to the IRG Secretariat.
April 15 2010	No refunds for cancellation of conference registration after this date.
