Presentations
Guidelines for making an oral presentation at the IRG conference are provided in IRG/WP 03-60179.
Presenters are advised to bring PowerPoint presentations on a CD-R, DVD or USB media. To avoid any surprises, PowerPoint presentations can also be sent in advance to the Audio-Visual chairman Isabelle Lebayon (e-mail: isabelle.lebayon@fcba.fr) at least 1 week before the meeting. The secretariat of the Organizing Committee will return an acknowledgement when it is received and if it can be opened. Also remember to bring your original presentation on CD-R, DVD or USB media with you.
Please contact our Audio-visual Chairman Isabelle Lebayon for any questions or special requests that you may have. A practice room with a PowerPoint computer projector and computer will be available throughout the meeting.

Please provide your presentation to the Audio-visual Chairman or any of the Audio-visual assistants well prior to the start of each session that you are participating in.

Note that there will be no provision for presentation of 35 mm slides or overhead transparencies.
