Registration

Registration for the Conference must be made by completing and returning Form A to the IRG Secretariat (irg@sp.se, fax +46 8 10 80 81) along with payment in Swedish Kroner (SEK) no later than April 15, 2010.
A late fee of SEK 500 will be charged after April 15, 2010.

Participants may pay by banker’s draft, cheque, bank transfer or credit card. If paying by bank transfer, a copy of the bank transfer order should be mailed or faxed together with registration form. Please indicate your address clearly on the transfer orders and cheques.

NB. Acknowledgement of registration and receipt of fee will not be issued unless requested.

In the event of cancellation before April 15, 2010, 50 % of the registration fee will be refunded. Payment for documents will not be refunded after the documents have been distributed. After that date no refunds will be made. However, you may transfer your registration at any time to another person of your organisation.

Hotel reservation, lunch package and companion’s programme reservation must be made on line no later than March 31 (France Time), 2010.

In the event of cancellation before March 31 (France Time), 2010, 100 % of the hotel reservation fee (first night) will be refunded. After that date no refunds will be made.
Regarding the service directly paid on line, here are the arrangements made:

Nights: in case of cancellation of the conference or unexpected difficulty encountered by participants during the forty days preceding the event, the deposit made (corresponding to one night) will be entirely kept by TOURISME BASQUE. If cancellation occurs before that period, the deposit will be entirely refunded to the participant.
Midday lunches and social programme: in case of cancellation of the conference or unexpected difficulty encountered by participants during the twenty days preceding the event, no refunds will be made. If cancellation occurs before that period, 70% of the deposit will be refunded to the participant.

Registration desk

The Registration desk will be open at the Conference Centre on Sunday May 9th between 14:00 and 18:00 and then every morning between 08:00 and 09:00 throughout the conference.
